I recently installed a new Norton360 Security Suite. Not a download; bought the software. My old Norton was expiring. I got the big fancy new Norton, and expected the new guy to go in, shake hands with old Norton, sit down and sort things out. I guess that’s what they did. At any rate, I’m sick of software that has skimpy installation instructions and cryptic user info. The Norton360 is probably taking good care of me, and for that I’m happy. But CRIPES it’s also making me crazy! Warnings! Confusing alerts! Rejected email that I KNOW would be OK! And not one of these things is in ”Help.” So help me.
So, help me!
Why is it so tough? Why can’t we have straightforward installs and updates?
